Shipping

Canvases:
Our canvases are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use sturdy boxes and wrap each canvas in protective paper before securing it with bubble wrap.
Posters and Prints:
Posters and prints are shipped in durable, cardboard tubes to prevent damage during shipping.
Framed Art:
Framed art is shipped with the utmost care to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. We use custom-made boxes specifically designed to protect framed art during transit.

Most items in our online store will be shipped within 2 business days of your purchase. However, in some cases, shipping may take a little longer due to unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured that we will always keep you informed of any potential delays and do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Please note that some of our pieces are made-to-order and may take longer to ship. In these cases, we will provide you with a detailed estimated delivery date so you can plan accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges
At Costelle, we strive to provide the best possible customer experience, and that includes making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and that's why we offer a 7-day free return policy and a 14-day exchange policy.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 7 days, please reach out to our customer service team and we will assist you in returning the item for a full refund. If you would like to exchange your item for something else, you have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to do so.
We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise that prevent you from returning or exchanging your item within the first 14 days. If that's the case, don't worry! We offer a gift card for up to 50% of the item's value. This gift card can be used towards future purchases at Costelle and never expires.

Refunds & Bank Wires
At Costelle, we are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we want to make the refund process as easy and seamless as possible. Our policy is to process refunds within 24 hours of receipt of your request. However, please keep in mind that some payment methods and legal holidays may cause delays.

At Costelle, we are thrilled to offer wire transfer as a payment option for our valued customers. We understand that some customers prefer the security and convenience of this method, and we are happy to accommodate your needs.
When processing your wire transfer, please make sure to include your order number as the reference. This will help us to quickly and accurately process your payment and get your order on its way to you.
Please note that orders will not be processed until the wire transfer is confirmed. We recommend contacting your bank to inquire about their processing times, as well as to ensure that the necessary information is included with your transfer. Additionally, legal holidays may cause delays in the confirmation process, so please keep this in mind when placing your order.
